Office 2007 also stores documents in a new format that is more compact and safe for others to download. There's also a new way of adding artistic flares to graphic images by way of "SmartArt." SmartArt allows users to easily insert graphics that can be easily shifted and edited. One function of SmartArt is that if the text doesn't fit into the graphic, it automatically shrinks the size of the font so that it does.
