We have had a variety of experiences with Array and Sid Kato. All of them have been positive. Our relationship began because we were fortunate to have offices in the same office complex, in fact on the same 9th floor.
We were a company of about 12 employees and sales of about $150,000,000 annually. Because we were only 12 people we found ourselves in a challenging situation when we lost our key "computer guru".
Instead of trying to find that special person who could step in and handle our computer and financial sides of our business we asked the assistance of Sid and Array for our computer needs and passed the financial responsibilities over to an existing employee. In other words we did what I had learned was a smart thing to do in today's times - out-source.
Array has performed for us perfectly and with no disruption to our daily work. Our relationship has included hourly arrangements, project arrangements, and fixed monthly rates with work on demand as needed. All of these have been most satisfying to us, and Array.
I would not now look anywhere else when it comes to computer expertise. I know I could not afford the time or the money to have at my disposal all of the various computer-programming resources that Array delivers to us at a cost well below the value.
We have become friends with at least 7 different Array programmers over recent years. We look forward to relying on them in the future for our entire computer and programming needs.
